Please read the following policies and procedures for your corporate meetings weddings and special events at our Abbotsford Hotel Conference Room. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. |
| 1. Cancellation policy: Function cancelled prior to 30 days will be charged the following fees: 30 to 14 days prior to the date booked will be charged 50% of the conference room rental. Less than 14 days - full rental cost of room(s) will be charged. |
| 2. For special events, the following cancellation charges will apply: 60 to 14 days prior to the date booked will be charged 50% of estimated revenue. 14 days prior will be charged 100% of estimated revenue. |
| 3. Wedding package: 50% of the deposit is due upon confirmation of booking.
Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to event. The following cancellation charges will apply: If the initial booking is make 60 days prior to event date, a full non-refundable deposit will be taken.
90 to 60 days prior to date booked will be charged 50% of estimated revenue. 60 days or less: 100% of the estimated revenue will be charged. |
| 4. Deposits: a deposit equivalent to the conference room charge will be taken at the time your signed confirmation is received by the hotel. Special events and weddings require a nonrefundable deposit that will be taken at the time of booking to confirm the event on a definite basis. The reminder of the balance is due one week prior to the date of the event. |
| 5. Food and/or beverage requirements must be ordered at least one day prior to the scheduled function. |
| 6. Final guaranteed guest count is required one week prior to the event. If final numbers are not in by this date, the hotel reserves the right to charge the original contract number or actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. |
| 7. The use of staples, tacks, tapes or glue are not permitted on the walls of our conference room facilities. Masking tape may be used on wallpapered areas only, however, not on painted surfaces. |
